Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling
Cancellations under 24 hours will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total
Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total
A valid card is required to book appointments
Deposits are non-refundable and may be transferred once with proper notice
Repeated violations may result in refusal of future booking
